The Vivitar 50" Tripod is a reliable tool for the amateur photographer and perfect for use with the Galileoscope. It can swivel a full 360 degrees so you only need to set it up once to capture everything.

A three-way adjustable head lets you pan and tilt to point the Galileoscope or a camera in any direction. The legs extend to 50 inches, so you don't have to crouch down and be uncomfortable while you shoot. A built-in bubble level makes it easy to adjust, and the rubber feet let the tripod sit stably on any surface.

Multi-section aluminum legs provide strength without a lot of weight and will collapse for easy carrying. The quick-release mount lets you quickly grab your camera and run to the next shot. The center column brace and lock will keep your camera in-place for still shots. When used on a desk or tabletop, the tripod folds to 16.5 inches.
