How do I return an item?

No Hassle Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from the Universal Workshop, you may return it for a full refund, including the original shipping charges, within 30 days of shipment. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email so proper credit can be applied to your account. We ask that you pack your return carefully to prevent in-transit damage.

If you paid for your order by credit card, credit will be applied to the original credit card account used for the purchase. If you paid by check, you will receive a check in return, provided a minimum of ten (10) business days have elapsed since the purchase.

Shipping Times
Unless an item is on backorder, all orders are shipped with 24 - 48 hours of receipt. Customers will be notified when an item is on backorder on the web site and by email. Shipping information can be read here
