All orders placed by 1:00PM EST Monday through Friday (except on Federal holidays) will ship the same day.
For US destinations:
Standard shipping service time: 7-15 days.
Fedex Ground is also available with guaranteed delivery times throughout the US and rates that are competitive with Priority Mail. Fedex time in transit from us to you can be seen by clicking this link.
If you're ordering multiple items, compare Fedex Home Delivery to Priority Mail. For many orders, Fedex will cost less. A street address is required for Fedex, and the parcel will be delivered without obtaining a signature in most residential locations.
For International Destinations:
Up to 4 pounds (1.8 Kg) - International First Class Parcel Service. In-transit time: 12 to 20 days. Over 4 lbs (1.8 Kg) or for faster service - International Priority Mail. In-transit time: 10 to 21 days.
On international shipments, the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. All shipping charges are calculated by weight.
* * Customers from the UK: Please select the name of the country you are in (England, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, etc) from the drop-down menu. This is required by US Customs documents for your shipment.
Please Note:
Your credit card bank requires your billing address and telephone number match the information the bank has on file. Except to contact you in the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we do not sell or use your phone number for any annoying purpose such as telemarketing. We don't like those calls any more than you do.
